Individual copies of our titles can be ordered from book retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million.
WHOLESALE
Our titles are also available at wholesale pricing directly from us. If you wish to order, please read the following, then contact us for more information on minimum quantities (currently 20 copies per version type), discounts, and pricing. In your message subject line, please put ‘Wholesale Order Inquiry.’
Please read and understand the following information before placing wholesale book orders directly with Adducent (not via Ingram).
Adducent allows organizations, libraries, and schools to purchase books at a wholesale discount of up to 50% (based on quantity, interior color or black-and-white, and whether the book is hardback or paperback) on the condition that payment is made at the time of order. Note: In rare cases, we offer large organizations purchase order terms. Contact us to inquire if that’s available for your order.
We accept ZELLE transfers for payment or direct ACH payments via bank transfer (our invoices include our ZELLE details, ACH routing number, and banking information). If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, we will send an invoice via PayPal to the email address you provide, so you can make a secure online payment. [PayPal does not require that you set up an account with them for payment to us.] That payment will include the card processing fee we are charged and must pass on. We also accept checks, which can delay orders while waiting for receipt and clearance. We charge a $25 fee for any returned check.
- Our books are Printed On Demand (POD), meaning we only print copies when we receive payment for an order.
- We do not warehouse POD titles, so we do not accept returns.
- Once an order is in our system, we cannot cancel it. However, we will replace any defective copies received.

- Hardback books usually print in 15 business days for Black & White (B&W) interior.
- Paperback books usually print in 10 business days for Black & White (B&W) interior.
- Color Interior books can take 20+ business days to print.
Expedited/Express service (reducing production-estimated print times by about half) is available except during the peak Holiday Season, which runs from one week before the US Thanksgiving holiday through the first week of January. Please contact us for service times and pricing.
*Print completion lead times are estimates based on item type and facility volume at the time orders enter production. They are approximate for printing and do not factor in shipping times. Most of our orders ship via UPS Ground, which delivers to most US locations within 5 business days, though this may change due to factors beyond our control.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLOWING EXTRA TIME WHEN ORDERING BOOKS FOR EVENTS OR SHIPMENT TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
Printing lead time is in addition to the 1 business day for order processing after payment receipt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot hold shipment of book orders. Once they come off the print line, they are packed and shipped. Also, because of that and variations in POD production turnaround (facility volume, lead times from order to print and ship) at the time of order, we cannot be precise about delivery dates (for shipment, UPS provides its projected delivery date). Our production facility and freight carriers may experience delays due to factors beyond our control. Spikes in demand and carrier shipping delays can affect results.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Order dates are set for the next business day after payment is received.
Shipping/handling & Delivery: Our production and distribution facility uses UPS for all shipping. Customers cannot use their own shipping/freight vendor. Shipping and handling charges from our production facility are passed on at cost.

Example: If you need books on June 1 for an event, you must place the order within our current production lead times and shipping transit times. The books may arrive before your need date. If they are going to an address, person, or organization that cannot receive and hold the books, please have the books shipped to you. Also, if you order two or more titles (or hardback and paperback versions of a single title), the order may be split into multiple shipments as each comes off the print line and enters the shipping process. This does not change or increase the quoted/priced shipping cost.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Lead times are approximate for completion of printing from the order date (the next business day after payment receipt). UPS Ground delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days (for US destinations, depending on the area/region; Alaska and Hawaii take longer). Seasonal timing does affect lead time, especially in July and August, leading into the new school year, and the holiday season, November through mid-January. Going into or during these periods, please allow at least 30 business days (from our receipt of your order payment) if you need copies for a book signing or other special event.
SHIPPING OF YOUR BOOK ORDER(S)
Standard Shipping
Our default method is UPS Ground (commercial and residential), which usually delivers in 1 to 6 business days from the shipment date (for US destinations, depending on area/region, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer). Lower-cost shipping is available for small orders but takes longer, lacks tracking, and is not insurable. If you need the lowest-cost shipping, please let us know when you place the order.
Expedited Shipping
You must request expedited shipping when you place your order so we can determine if it’s available and the service cost. By default, all orders ship via standard shipping (see above).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE OPTIONS ARE EMAILED UPON REQUEST.
If your order is shipping from the United States to a destination outside the United States, allow extra time for customs clearance and transit. This will vary by country, so you should check customs clearance and transit times for your destination. Once the order ships, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your shipment. Once the order has left our production and distribution facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, events, or conditions beyond our control.
