Individual copies of our titles can be ordered from bookseller websites such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, etc.


Ingram is our book distributor and booksellers and organizations can place wholesale orders–by title and ISBN–with them. Contact us if you have the title name but require its ISBN.

Our titles are also available directly from us for bulk sales (those not via our distributor) to booksellers, organizations and our authors and clients. Please contact us for more information, minimum quantities, discount, terms and conditions, and details on how to place direct orders. In your message subject line please put ‘Wholesale Order Inquiry.’ 

Following is important information you must read and understand before placing direct wholesale book orders with us (not via Ingram).

Orders for our Print-On-Demand titles are placed on payment receipt and clearance. By making payment, you acknowledge the following regarding placing standard and expedited book orders:

Adducent, Inc. allows qualified organizations, libraries, and schools to purchase books at a wholesale discount of 25 to 50% (based on quantity) for a per title minimum of 20 copies.

All orders must be prepaid. Customers that need credit terms should use a credit card for their purchase or order through arrangements they make with our book distributor, Ingram Book Group. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card you will receive an invoice via PayPal so you can make payment securely online. That payment will include the 3% card processing fee we are charged. [PayPal does not require that you set up an account with them for payment to us.] We also accept checks, though that can delay the order while waiting for receipt and clearing time. A $25 default fee is charged for any returned check. We also accept direct ACH payments via bank transfer (contact us for our ACH routing number and banking information).

Upon receiving your order, we will send an invoice to the email address provided in your order form. This invoice will have payment instructions. Our books are printed on order, meaning we only print copies when they are ordered. We do not warehouse books. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

Once an order is in our system, it cannot be canceled. But we will replace or refund for copies that are defective or damaged on arrival.

Shipping/handling & Delivery: Our production and distribution facility uses UPS for all shipping. Customers cannot use their own shipping/freight vendor.

Shipping & Handling charges from our production facility are passed on at cost.

Important Note: We cannot hold shipment of book orders. Once they come off the print line they are packed and shipped. Because of that and variations in production turnaround (from order to print and ship) at time of order we cannot be precise on delivery dates. Example: if you need books on June 1st for an event you need to order as we’ve recommended above and within our production company’s leadtimes (listed below). And must understand the books might arrive before your need date. If they are going to an address, person or organization that cannot receive the books early and hold them you will need to have the books shipped to you so you can deliver or bring with you on the date of your event. Also be aware, if you are ordering two or more titles (or hardback and paperback version of a single title) the order may be broken up into different shipments as each comes of the print line and enters shipping. This does not change or increase the shipping cost.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Lead times are approximated for completion of printing from date of order (the next business day after payment receipt). UPS Ground shipping is from 1 to 6 business days (for US destinations, depending on area/region, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer). Seasonal timing does affect lead-time, especially July and August leading into the new school year, and late November through December during the holiday season. Going into or during these periods, please allow at least a 30 business days lead-time (from our receipt of your order payment) if you need copies for a book signing or other special event.



No extra cost: 10 business days for hardback, 7 business days for paperback, Black & White (B&W) interior books. Up to 15 business days for Color interior books. Production is in addition to order processing of 1 business day after payment receipt.


Expediting (express or rush) an order speeds up the manufacturing process for copies of the title ordered. An expedited order premium is charged for special handling and that cost is determined at the time of order. This premium is applied against the book charges on the order. Expediting an order applies to the entire order. An expedited order is placed and flagged as a top priority for production and thus will be fulfilled faster than other orders of the same book type. Important Note: during high-volume and holiday periods expedited services may not be available. If you need expedited service, please advise at the time you place your order so we can check with our production facility for availability and leadtime.

  2. RUSH PRODUCTION LEAD TIME (incurs extra cost): 2 business days from order entry

Color books can be expedited as well but turnaround time has to be checked at the time of order inquiry.

Standard Shipping

UPS Ground (commercial and residential) usually delivers from 1 to 6 business days from shipment date (for US destinations, depending on area/region, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer).

Expedited Shipping

To expedite the shipping, you must request it when you place your order so we can determine that service cost. Because you have “Expedited” an order, does not mean Overnight or Express Shipping is automatically applied. By default all orders ship via standard shipping (see above).


If your order is shipping from the United States to a destination outside the United States, extra time for customs clearance and transit should be allowed for. This will vary by country so you should check for your destination countries customs clearance and transit times. When your order ships we will send you the tracking number so that you may track your shipment. Once the order has left our production/distribution facility we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, events and or conditions beyond our control.
